Who We Are Looking For: Key Requirements
To be considered for this senior artisan role, candidates must meet the following mandatory requirements:
- Mandatory Certification: An appropriate Trade Test Certificate.
- Extensive Experience: A minimum of 10 years of post-qualification experience as an Artisan or Artisan Foreman.
- Driver’s License: A valid driver’s license.
- Core Skill: A Civil Trade Test.
Critical Skills and Competencies:
- Advanced ability to read and implement detailed design drawings.
- Experience in writing Specifications, Statements of Works, and technical reports.
- Strong project management, technical design, and analytical knowledge.
- Knowledge of legal compliance within a technical environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office (particularly Excel) and the ability to assess performance data.
- Proven advanced communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
- Strong leadership, supervision, financial management, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle emergencies, adapt to changes, and solve complex problems.
Your Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be entrusted with the following duties:
- Surveying sites for construction and maintenance projects.
- Preparing and maintaining building and civil works.
- Undertaking essential building maintenance duties.
- Acting as a Team Leader, providing supervision and guidance for the Building Maintenance team.

Important Notes for Applicants

- Using the incorrect Z83 form (effective from 01 January 2021) will result in disqualification.
- Only shortlisted candidates will be required to submit certified copies of qualifications (not older than six months).
