Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must meet the following criteria:
Educational:
- Matriculation / Grade 12 / Senior Certificate.
Knowledge of:
- Public Service Act & Regulations
- Compensation Fund (COIDA) business strategies, goals, and value chain
- PFMA and Treasury Regulations
- Customer Services (Batho Pele Principles)
Skills:
- Computer Literacy
- Business Writing
- Listening and Basic Interpersonal skills
- Telephone Etiquette
Key Duties & Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Receiving and verifying documents for COIDA registration.
- Registering claims on the official Operational System.
- Assisting employer services at the kiosk, online system, and service centre.
- Handling all service-related queries and complaints efficiently and professionally.
