Are You the Ideal Candidate? Key Requirements
To be considered for this senior role, you must meet the following mandatory criteria:
- A Bachelor of Technology in Architecture (B.Tech) or a relevant qualification.
- A minimum of six years of post-qualification experience as an Architectural Technologist.
- Compulsory registration with the South African Council for the Architectural Profession (SACAP) as a Senior Architectural Technologist.
- A valid code B (manual) driving licence.
Recommendation: Previous experience and working knowledge of CAD programs will be a distinct advantage.

The successful candidate will demonstrate knowledge and proficiency in:
- The Human Settlements environment and related programmes.
- Technical design, analysis, and legal compliance.
- Research and development within the architectural field.
- Computer-aided Architectural applications.

- Guiding and managing a team of technologists, providing mentorship and direction.
