Position Details:

- Salary: R444,036 – R523,056 per annum. The successful candidate will be required to sign a performance agreement.

Requirements:
To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- An NQF level 7 qualification (Bachelor’s Degree/Advanced Diploma) in Financial Management or Financial Accounting, recognized by SAQA.
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a Financial Management/Accounting environment at a supervisory level.
- Knowledge of Contract Management frameworks, Policy Development, Supply Chain Management practices, and National Treasury Regulations.
Key Competencies and Skills Required:
- Strategic thinking, budgeting, and financial management.
- Excellent communication, project management, and decision-making skills.
- Computer literacy and the ability to manage interpersonal conflict and resolve problems effectively.
Duties:
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Providing accounting and technical oversight support.
- Facilitating system development and process improvements.
- Drafting Financial Statements and Annual Reports aligned with Generally Recognised Accounting Practice (GRAP).
- Performing general management and administrative functions.
