Position Details

- Salary: R582,444 per annum (Level 10)

Requirements
To be considered for this role, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Qualifications: An NQF level 6/7 qualification in Monitoring and Evaluation, Strategic Management, Auditing, or a related field. Auditing experience is a distinct advantage.
- Experience: A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in monitoring and evaluation, auditing, or strategic management, with at least three years at a supervisory level.
- Competencies & Knowledge: A comprehensive understanding of the legislative framework governing the Public Service, Treasury and DPME regulations, M&E systems, the PFMA, and the National Development Plan is crucial. Key skills include:
- Policy analysis and development
- Strategic planning and report writing
- Financial management and risk management
- People management and excellent communication skills
- Problem-solving, negotiation, and networking
Key Duties & Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for a range of critical functions, including:
- Facilitating the ARF annual audit process.
- Monitoring and evaluating projects and conducting annual impact assessments.
- Preparing comprehensive quarterly and annual reports.
- Monitoring financial arrangements as per project agreements and contracts.
- Assisting with the development of strategic and annual performance plans.
- Conducting financial and compliance monitoring of projects.
- Monitoring the implementation of risk management policies and MOUs.
- Assisting in the development of frameworks and policies.
