Minimum Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • Education: ABET level 4 or a Grade 10 certificate.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Good communication skills (both verbal and written)
  • Planning and organizing skills
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure
  • Basic conflict management abilities

Key Performance Areas (Duties)

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Providing catering support services for the department.
  • Serving food and beverages during meetings and conferences.
  • Cleaning kitchen utensils, equipment, and cutlery.
  • Preparing and cleaning conference facilities before and after events.
  • Monitoring the supply of food and reporting any waste or losses.
