- Salary: R468,459 per annum

Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must meet the following criteria:
- Qualifications: A three-year National Diploma (NQF 6) or an Undergraduate Bachelor Degree (NQF 7) in Management Services, Industrial Engineering, Operations/Production Management, or Industrial Psychology.
- Experience: A minimum of four (4) years of functional experience in Change Management.
- Knowledge: A strong understanding of Change Management principles, organisational behaviour, business process management, job evaluation, and relevant legislation like the Public Financial Management Act.
- Skills: Excellent organisational, facilitation, project management, and communication skills (both verbal and written). You must also be analytical, a good listener, and adept at report writing.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Implementing the change management framework, strategy, and interventions across the Department.
- Driving the employee engagement strategy to foster a positive work environment.
- Conducting organisational climate and culture surveys to gauge employee sentiment.
- Providing organisational development services, including job profile design, job evaluation, and business process improvement initiatives.
- Managing the section’s resources, including finance, human resources, and assets.
