- Grade 1: R827,709 per annum
- Grade 2: R1,014,705 per annum
- Grade 3: R1,174,848 per annum

Who We Are Looking For: Requirements
To be considered for this pivotal role, you must meet the following criteria:
- A Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology (M-degree).
- Current full registration with the HPCSA as a Clinical Psychologist in Independent Practice.
- A minimum of three (3) years of in-depth experience working in an acute or semi-acute psychiatry ward.
- A proven interest and commitment to working as part of a multidisciplinary team in a multicultural environment.
- A willingness to learn and understand military culture and organizational ethos.
- Essential computer literacy skills.
Key Competencies: Excellent communication, planning and organizing, problem-solving, analytical thinking, and emotional intelligence.
Your Key Responsibilities: Duties
In this role, you will be entrusted with a range of critical functions, including:
- Providing supervision and training for intern Clinical Psychologists.
- Liaising with various stakeholders to promote and ensure the quality of care within the institution.
- Developing and ensuring the sound execution of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Identifying service delivery requirements and monitoring standards across different service points.
- Implementing corrective measures to improve healthcare delivery.
- Functioning effectively as a key member of a multidisciplinary team.
- Compiling detailed reports and providing feedback as necessary.

Important Notes for Applicants
- This is a Public Service Act Personnel (PSAP) appointment.

- Shortlisted candidates will undergo two pre-entry assessments (a practical and an ethical exercise).
- Appointment will be on probation for a period of twelve (12) months.
