Do You Have What It Takes? Requirements
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and skills:
Mandatory Requirements:
- A Grade 12 Certificate (NQF Level 4 or equivalent).
Advantageous Qualifications:
- A recognised qualification and/or experience in HR or administration.
Essential Skills and Knowledge:
- Proficiency in English (both written and verbal).
- Excellent typing, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organising and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of HR Legislation, policies, and procedures.
- Computer competency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access).
- Ability to interpret data on the PERSOL system.
- Reasoning ability and a high level of professionalism.
Your Key Responsibilities: Duties
In this role, you will be at the heart of the SANDF’s recruitment efforts. Your duties will include:
- Distributing and checking the competency of Military Skills Development System (MSDS) application forms.
- Registering and capturing application data on the PERSOL system.
- Implementing recruitment plans and strategies to meet SANDF goals.
- Communicating with various services, divisions, and the public on recruitment matters.
- Coordinating and attending recruitment meetings.
- Attending to general recruitment enquiries.

Important Notes for Applicants
- Using the incorrect Z83 form will result in disqualification.
- Certified copies of qualifications (not older than 6 months) are only required from shortlisted candidates.

- No photostat or faxed copies will be accepted.
- Successful candidates will undergo Personnel Suitability Checks (criminal record, citizenship, etc.) and security clearance.
- Appointment will be subject to a 12-month probation period.
