- Salary: R382,047 – R433,176 per annum

Key Requirements:
To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- An appropriate Trade Test Certificate.
- A minimum of 5 years of post-qualification experience as an Artisan.
- A valid driver’s license.
- Must be qualified as a mechanical technician to conduct technical and mechanical repairs in compliance with the PFMA.
- Trade tested as a mechanical vehicle fitter in vehicle testing and fitting.
- Diagnostic experience is essential.
Additional Skills & Knowledge:
- Specialised knowledge of vehicle maintenance processes and procedures.
- Ability to assess quotations from Service Providers in terms of market-related costs.
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
- Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and technical report writing skills.
- Knowledge of legal compliance, computer-aided technical applications, and conflict management.
- Planning, organising, and production knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be entrusted with the following duties:
- Controlling the execution of minor vehicle repairs.
- Undertaking vehicle recoveries.
- Managing the sub-section, its personnel, and general requirements.
- Managing Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) regarding the safety of personnel.
- Handling the general administration of the workshop.

- The Z83 form must be originally signed and dated and accompanied by a detailed CV.
