- Grade 1: R209,112 per annum
- Grade 2: R248,613 per annum
- Grade 3: R290,805 per annum
Who Should Apply? Minimum Requirements
To be considered for this opportunity, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Qualification: A qualification that allows registration with the South African Nursing Council (SANC) as a Staff Nurse.
- Registration: Current registration with the SANC as a Staff Nurse.
- Experience:
- Grade 1: No experience required.
- Grade 2: A minimum of 10 years of recognisable nursing experience after SANC registration.
- Grade 3: A minimum of 20 years of recognisable nursing experience after SANC registration.
- Inherent Job Requirements:
- Willingness to work shifts, night duty, overtime, public holidays, and weekends.
- Possess good communication skills.
- Be self-disciplined and motivated.
Your Key Responsibilities
As a Staff Nurse at Laingsburg Hospital, your duties will be critical to patient care and include:
- Developing and implementing basic patient care plans.
- Providing high-quality basic clinical nursing care.
- Ensuring the effective utilization of available resources.
- Maintaining professional growth, ethical standards, and committing to continuous self-development.
- Actively participating in infection prevention and control protocols.
