- Salary: R480 261 – R547 635 per annum

Key Requirements
To be considered for this prestigious position, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- An appropriate Trade Test Certificate.
- A minimum of 10 years of post-qualification experience as an Artisan or Artisan Foreman.
- A valid driver’s license.
- Experience in a Mechanical Weapons Systems environment is highly preferred.
Essential Skills and Knowledge:
The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of technical and managerial competencies, including:
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Technical report writing and computer-aided technical applications.
- Project Management and Financial Management skills.
- Knowledge of Legal Compliance, particularly the OHAS Act.
- Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and change management abilities.
- Planning, organising, and technical design knowledge.
Key Responsibilities
The successful applicant will be entrusted with the following duties:
- Supervising workshop personnel and managing their workload effectively.
- Overseeing internal training programs and performing administrative tasks.
- Assisting in budget preparation and controlling the spending of allocated funds.
- Managing stores, spares, and job-card administration via the OSIS computer system.
- Attending relevant meetings and performing building manager duties.
- Ensuring strict compliance with the Occupational Health and Safety (OHAS) Act.

Important Notes for Applicants

- The signed Z83 form must be accompanied by a detailed Curriculum Vitae (CV).
